The Military Writers Society of America (MWSA) http://www.militarywriters.com/ is an association of contemporary military writers drawn together by the common bond of military service.  Most of its members are active duty military, retirees, or military veterans.  A few are lifelong civilians who have chosen to honor our military through their writings or their art.  Its core principle is a love of the men and women who defend this nation, and a deeply personal understanding of their sacrifice and dedication.  Mainstream publishers often do not carry the compelling stories of the men and women who perform amzing feats of courage with no expectation of recognition or reward.  if you are interested in reading their stories, please click on the link above and visit the MWSA book store.
